The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Malecon 2000. Unfortunately, the breakfast options were quite limited.

Consider asking for a room away from the noisy hallways. the sound travels easily and could disrupt your sleep.

The location is a short, quick walk to the Malecon, making it convenient for a stroll along the waterfront. Piped music in the room adds a unique twist but can be a bit much if you're trying to catch some Z's.
The area feels unsafe, with the desk clerk behind bulletproof glass, which kind of kills the vibe. Hallways are tiled, amplifying noise, making it hard to avoid disturbances from other guests. I had to deal with a frustrating situation over pricing at check-in, as the manager tried to charge extra for taxes and it took way too long to resolve—definitely not my idea of smooth sailing.

The hotel is super close to theme parks, which was a huge hit for our four teenagers. The spacious room accommodated our family well!
In my wife’s opinion, the hotel could benefit from more family-friendly dining options.

I had a comfortable stay. the breakfast was surprisingly good, and the cozy room came with a powerful air conditioner—a must in humid Guayaquil! Just beware, the walls are a bit thin, so you might hear neighbors.

The room offered a comfortable stay with good air conditioning and hot water. Breakfast options included local traditional dishes that were surprisingly delicious. However, noise from neighboring rooms could be an issue, making it sometimes difficult to relax. The hotel is well-located, just a short walk from Malecon 2000, but basic amenities could be improved for a more enjoyable experience.

A Memorable Stay with Unique Challenges
Our experience included some unexpected surprises, notably the lively ambiance and entertainment in the evenings. The staff were initially confused about the pricing, but remained helpful throughout. Pro tip, request a room away from the common areas for better rest.
